Engineer Fees

$55 / half-day (4 hours) paid in advance

$100 / full-day (8 hours) paid in advance

$15 / hour if not paid in advance

$10 / hour and up - contact Zachary (zachary@illuminatiaudio.com) or Chris (chris@illuminatiaudio.com) for their rates or to ask about other engineers who may be available

Drum Track Therapy (we juice up your home-studio drum tracks - track drums at home and let us tweak them to sound like they were tracked in a pro studio) $7.50 per minute of program material, $100 minimum (for example, five 4-minute songs would be $150.00)
Unattended Mastering (we work on it ourselves after-hours, etc.) $5.00 per minute of program material, $100 minimum (for example, a 40-minute full-length CD would be $200.00
Attended Mastering (you sit in on the mastering session) $50/hour, $200 minimum
Transfers Pro Tools from your home recorder (4-track, 8-track, digital audio workstation, etc.) into Pro Tools. $.20 per track-minute of program material, $100 minimum (so, transferring 30 minutes of songs on 8 tracks of your Roland VS-880, for example, into Pro Tools would be $48.00)
Session Backups Free if you supply or purchase from us an external Mac-formatted Firewire hard drive

$25.00 per hour on CD-R or DVD-R.  If you need CD-R's or DVD-R's, they're available for $1.00 each.

LP to CD transfers (using our audiophile Rotel turntable and the RIAA phono stereo preamp channel in our Soundtracs mixing console) $0.30 per minute of program material, $20 minimum (so, transferring five 35-minute LPs to CD, for example, would be $52.50.
Audio restoration for LP transfers (remove/reduce hiss clicks and pops) $0.30 per minute of program material, $20 minimum, plus transfer fees (so, to remove hiss, clicks and pops from five 35-minute LPs transferred to CD would be an additional $52.50).
Audio restoration for audio from video (EQ, reduce/remove hiss, wind noise, etc.) $1.50 per minute of program material, $50 minimum (so fixing the audio on a 45-minute videotape would be $67.50)
